“I recorded this song in a room with white walls and a bed that wasn’t my own. It was a room I was renting and it was unfamiliar-just like playing guitar again. But the light I knew, the sky enveloped the space like a sheet I knew! Coffee on the ground, my body sitting on the bed upright and tired, I created this song about a form of love I was living.“
